How can we work together?
I offer an Initial Assessment, online via Zoom, as an opportunity to meet before you commit to therapy.
Our initial meeting gives us a chance to discuss your current difficulties, goals for therapy and to see whether we are the best fit for each other.
All other sessions are either in person or online.
